One-Year Limited Hardware Warranty
Effective date: August 27, 2026
Every new Swellframe includes a one-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Coverage begins on the date the device is delivered.
1. What we will do
If your Swellframe experiences a covered hardware defect during this period, contact us at [email protected]. After troubleshooting and confirming the issue, we will repair or replace the device at our discretion. If neither option is reasonably available, we may provide a refund. Swellframe will cover reasonable shipping costs for approved warranty claims.
2. Dead on arrival
If a new device fails to power on or fails to connect to Wi-Fi during your first setup, and you tell us within 30 days of delivery, we will replace it. We cover shipping in both directions.
3. What is not covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, drops, impacts, liquids, moisture, sand, salt, improper charging, misuse, unauthorized modifications or repairs, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or normal battery-capacity reduction over time.
It also does not cover internet or Wi-Fi conditions, temporary service interruptions, third-party data availability, or forecast accuracy.
4. How to make a claim
Email [email protected] with your order number, a short description of the problem, and a photo or short video if the issue is visible. We will confirm receipt and walk through troubleshooting before arranging a repair or replacement.
5. After the warranty period
Even after the one-year warranty expires, please contact us if something goes wrong. If the problem appears to have resulted from something we did, we will review it fairly and do our best to make it right.
6. Devices bought from a retailer
This warranty applies to Swellframe devices however you bought them, including from an authorized retailer. Retailers may pass this warranty through to you, but they cannot extend it or make additional warranty promises on our behalf. Keep your proof of purchase.
7. Your legal rights
This limited warranty is provided in addition to, and does not restrict, any rights available under applicable consumer-protection laws.
